Profile
One of the artists who will represent for the next-generation in Arita, Saga prefecture.
After he had trained at the three cities of Karatsu, Kyoto and Arita those are famous as a pottery for 20 years, he became independent in 2002.
His arts that are made full use of his experience from ceramic technique to painting porcelain technique have been so popular.
Many fans gather at his solo exhibition from all parts of Japan. He has great confidence of the technique and intelligence he has made himself proficient in. Many ceramic lovers expect his rapid progress.

- Born in KitaKyushu-shi, Fukuoka prefecture
- 1981
- Graduation from pottery department of Saga prefecture Arita Technical High School
Trainning at the kiln in Karatsu and Kyoto - 1994
- Entered "Souha Kiln" in Arita, and helped SOHA (fifth generation potter) to make pottery
- 1996
- Selected for the Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition for the first time
