Profile

The fourth generation potter of Kinzan Kiln whose specialty is gold decoration.
He will be a representative artist for the next generation of Kutani Ware.
Through generations, this kiln has developed the techniques of gold figured designs.
Regardless of the long lasting tradition, this artist has been trying to achieve his own style.
The tone of the light colors on the ceramics is refined, which makes them look so smooth.
