Profile

He received the Okayama prefectural Important Intangible Cultural Asset in 1996.
The leading ceramic artist of Bizen Ware.
One of his arts was offered to the Ise-jingu Shrine, one of most famous shrines in Japan.
His contribution to pass his technique onto the next generation is enormous.
