Profile

He is the ceramic artist of the venerable of Kozan Kiln. He runs the Kozan Kiln with his elder brother Tatsuro.
He studied under ONO Hakuko, who is the Important Intangible Cultural Asset of the Saga prefecture.
He makes use of multicolored expression and currently engages in new glaze "Yurikoyuzogan".
He was nominated for the encouragement prize of Japan Art Crafts Association in the 54th Japan Traditional Art Crafts exhibition (2007) "YUZOGAN NAMIMONBACHI".
He is highly praised for his ceramic’s refreshing texture. He always thinks of tableware that is most useful for customers.
