Fuyu Ginga Ashitsuki Chokuzara (冬銀河足付長角皿)
This is the ceramic crafted by NAKAO, Tetsuaki (中尾哲彰).
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
It's suitable for cheeses, desserts and you can freely use this type of dish.
