Yakishime Guinomi (焼締ぐい呑)
This is the Karatsu ware crafted by MIZOKAMI, Yoshihiro (溝上良博).
Firing in the climbing kiln. He made the shape by throwing on the potter's wheel.
It is yakishime firing unglazed wares at high temperature.
He used the clay picked in the area of Karatsu that contained less iron.

Yoshihiro learned basics of ceramic in Kyoto. All local stones and clay are collected and the glazes are also mixed by himself, all lead to special color.
