This is the Arita ware crafted by NAKAO, Hidezumi (中尾英純).
He painted the clossoine pattern and picture of peony by hand.
The clossoin? pattern called shippo-mon is auspicious while having the successive circles.
This contains a wish for things like peaceful mind, harmony and being fated.
