Kohanyu Koro (紅斑釉香炉)

This is the Kyoto ware crafted by TAKEMURA, Shigeo (竹村繁男).
The decoration is done with the glaze containing ash of grapevine he grew.
Although special paints hasn't been used, the spotted light pink color comes out.
It is koro incense burner in Japanese tea ceremony.
