This is the Hizenyoshida ware crafted by MIYAZAKI, Yusuke (宮崎祐輔).
He painted the camel design in overglaze enamel in reference to old porcelain pieces which are the characteristics of Yoshida style.
It is koro incense burner in Japanese tea ceremony.
