Yohen Sara (窯変皿)
This is the Koishiwara ware crafted by MORIYAMA, Kanjiro (森山寛二郎).
He made the shape with throwing on the potter's wheel.
The glaze which contains much iron was poured and performed gradual cooling.
It is suitable for putting pasta because it is flat and round-shaped.

Diameter : 25.5 cm
He has won numerous awards overseas, as well as in the Japanese exhibitions. The vessel is so user-friendly that a wide range of foods are easily arranged.
