Shigaraki Kushime Itazara (信楽クシ目板皿)
This is the Shigaraki ware crafted by ARAKAWA, Satoshi (荒川智).
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
It is suitable for putting any food, such as salada, sliced bread, cakes and other foods.
Available for dishwasher.
