This is the Tanba ware crafted by KAKO, katsumi (加古勝己).
Firing in a cave kiln.
The red colored pottery of the Tumulus period inspired him to create this work.
Blue, green and red color are painted with the glaze and they remind us of ancient earthernware.
It can be used for vase because water comes out from the mouth.
