Suidei Kinosai Togaku (吹泥金桜彩陶額)
This is the Tanba ware crafted by SHIMIZU, Ichiji (清水一二).
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
He also painted with slip and overglazed.
The frame is made by the woodwork artist.
