The title is Madori Botan Karakusa Hachikaku Mukozuke (間取牡丹唐草八角向付).

This is a plate created by Nakazato Tsutomu.
Nakazato-san has the brushing skill with hand dexterity.
He pains the peony and the vines-coiled design using the technique.
That's a white colored piece which makes us feel generous.
