  • Details:People think that humans predict their fortune and future by innumerable stars since anciet Orient. Nakao-san came up with glazes that evoke them by repetitive experimets, that is Ginga-yu.

  • Details:Higuchi-san lives in Kitakatsuragi-gun, Nara prefecture. The transparent white porcelain color, tense shape, light and delicate gradation, and a unique design that imitates a swirling flow. As soon as you see the work, you know it's the one Higuchi-san made.

    • Details:Hoshino-san lives in Kokubunji-shi, Tokyo prefecture. This is the third time that he holds solo exhibition at the Fukuoka-Mitsukoshi. He keeps making the pink colored pottery, and works with pink dyed glaze too.

    • Details:Yotaro-san was born in Karatsu-shi, Saga prefecture and lives there now. His works tell us that possibilities are infinite.

    • Details:Nakao-san lives in Takeo-shi of Saga prefecture. He always puts his heart into making ceramics to express future dreams and hopes. The special crystal glaze is produced and it leads to accomplish the design like twinkle of stars in the universe.

    • Details:Sato-san lives in Kanagawa prefecture. Special shape of hakuji with a series called "yori". Expression in a multiple colored porcelain using plantinum foils called hakkosai. Those different types of ceramics seem to tell us inner thoghts people have when they encounter.

    • Details:Sakai-san is from Gifu prefecture. Deep indigo colored shino ware with cracks pattern, he has gotten to make an original Shino style. Shimizu-san is from Hyogo prefecture. Shigaraki clay is used to express abstract designs and build a personal style.

    • Details:Kumamoto was born in Kashima, Saga prefecture in 1944. The work is celadon called "seiji" , because he was attracted to create the celadon porcelain of the Yaozhou kiln of the Chinese Song Dynasty. He carves design that stands out for the clean expression, such as bowl, vase, incense burner, and cups.
