Tea bowl called "Ido" type is well known in the tea ceremony.
This kind of cup is what's known as Ido's miniture.
He researched the national treasure Kisaemon as a model and made this cup.

He is the eighth ceramist of the Okada Kiln which has a history of more than 200 years. His idea pushes the boundaries of traditional approach, such as sophisticated shape and peaceful mental landscape.
