Hakuji Fuchikasane Kakuzara (白磁縁重ね彫角皿)
This is the Arita ware crafted by NAKAO, Jun (中尾純).
Jun shaped the plate round on a potter’s wheel.
He cut the raw clay toward the square while it was still soft.
It is suitable for osashimi sliced raw fish, salad and pasta.
