The title is Hakuji Goho-Hineri Glass (白磁五方ひねりグラス).
This is a cup created by Nakao Jun.
Jun shaped the glass round on a potter’s wheel.
He scraped the surface and put scoops in the five places to show twist while clay is still soft.

A secret technique of both white porcelain texture and shape are the keynote. He hones the skills passed down from ancestors and pursues new possibilities of porcelain.
