Haru Ginga Daen Sara (春銀河楕円皿)
This is the Gingayu glaze plate which Tetsuaki-san has created.
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
It’s suitable for presentng food, because the shape is long and oval.
