Natsu Ginga Lunch Sara (夏銀河ランチ皿)
This is the Gingayu glaze plate which Tetsuaki-san has created.
It's finished with a method called tatara-zukuri.
Tatara is made by stretching clay into board to make a disk.
It's suitable for salads, pastas, omelettes and such.
