This is a Mino ware tea bowl which Sakai-san has created.
The characteristic of low footring.
Original coloring, pink has been produced through experiments of countless time.

Kairagi (梅皮花)
Pattern -
Cracks like shark's skin like the picture above.
It has occured to shrinkage of glaze after being fired in a kiln.
It's also called kannyu in Japanese.
That's anything but broken, certailny available.
Sakai-san wants users to see the tension that the pattern brings.
