Washizome Bokashikamon Fuatmono (和紙染ぼかし文蓋物)
This is an Arita ware covered plate which Hidezumi-san has created.
He soaked traditional papers into blue paint called gosu, and expressed the petals pattern.
Enjoy watching the work, because it has the beautiful indigo color shade.
Washizome-bokashi is the decorative skill obtained by controlling the shade and gets to gradation dyeing.
Hidezumi attaches clay to traditional papers soaked by the blue pigments and finishes work in the quality color.
