・He was attractive with the form of Shigaraki ware, then moved to Shigaraki-cho and worked for one pottery factory.
・He studied under OTANI, Shiro who is the master of Shigaraki high-fired pottery.
・The Arakawa kiln was built in 2001 and there's a cave kiln called anagama to achieve some kind of quality by wood-firing.
・His solo exhibition is held on each place, including the Sogo Yokohama.
・The burnt pattern created by five-day continuous firing are precious to watch.
・He develops the Shigaraki tradition and incorporates modern sense into the work.
